Our commitment

Biz Bridge Connect wants its digital experiences to be usable by as many people as reasonably possible, including people who use assistive technologies. We aim to align this public website with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as an ongoing target.

This is a commitment to continuous improvement, not a claim that every page or third-party element is free of barriers in every combination of device and assistive technology.

02

Our approach

  • Use semantic structure, logical headings, landmarks, and meaningful labels.
  • Support keyboard navigation, visible focus, and reduced-motion preferences.
  • Maintain readable contrast, responsive layouts, and scalable text.
  • Provide text alternatives and avoid relying on color alone for meaning.
  • Review important user journeys and address reported barriers by priority.
03

Compatibility

The site is designed for current versions of major browsers and common desktop and mobile operating systems. Accessibility can depend on the browser, assistive technology, device settings, and third-party content used together. Keeping these tools updated may improve compatibility.

04

Known limitations

Some older, embedded, or third-party experiences may not fully meet our target because we do not control their code or content. If a feature prevents access to information or an action, contact us and we will try to provide a reasonable alternative while we investigate.

Project websites delivered for clients have their own owners, content, maintenance plans, and accessibility requirements. This statement applies to the Biz Bridge Connect public website.

Feedback & assistance

Email biz@bizbridgeconnect.com with the subject “Accessibility feedback.” Tell us the page, what you were trying to do, the barrier you encountered, and any browser or assistive technology details you are comfortable sharing.

We will review the request, prioritize barriers based on impact, and respond with available next steps or an alternative format where reasonably possible.
